Your Best Body Now: Look and Feel Fabulous at Any Age the Eat-Clean Way...Review

About the book:
Bestselling author Tosca Reno knows exactly how you feel. She went from being a flabby, 200+ pound woman to a slim and sexy fitness expert—all past the age of 40! Now, for the first time ever, she reveals her secrets to looking better every year. Using the simple, Eat-Clean principles that have helped millions lose weight and featuring all-new advice from Tosca and her team of top experts, discover how you, too, can:
· Boost your metabolism to burn fat fast
· Turn back the clock and age-proof your body
· Look and feel younger than you have in years
· Create your best body—now!

I can relate to much of what Tosca shares in her book, especially in regards to her story.  I'm probably in the worst shape I've ever been in, and at age 43, was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure.  This book is one that I will be rereading as I work to improve my own health.  It's a great guide including chapters on exercise, recipes, beauty and more.  I think there is something for everyone here, especially those of us over 40!

Thanks to Anna at FSB Associates for the opportunity to review this book.  You can learn more about Tosca Reno here.  You can purchase your own copy here.

  1. Let me know if it works Holly. I am so busy with work and kids that my exercise time, even walking the dog gets pushed to the bottom of the to do list. I wanted to stop and thank you for commenting on my blog. You leave the best comments and I love to hear what you have to say about my reviews. Thanks!

  2. Hey -- I found your blog through a comment you left on mine. And, I've been enjoying your reviews. :)

I read this book, too, and found it inspiring.

I'm curious... have you read anything on Intuitive Eating, yet? If not, try "Thin Within" by Arthur & Judy Halliday, or "The Eden Diet" by Rita Hancock, M.D. Both are great, and both are Christian books. :D

I've read a TON of diet/fitness books in the last several years (over 50 of them!), and I can say that these are my favorites... I prefer this method over any other, as it's the only thing that's worked for me, so far! ((mind you, I gained the weight back when I stopped following the steps, but that's to be expected, right? You eat more than you move, and you'll put on pounds! LOL))

I couldn't find your email to respond! I have not read anything on Intuitive Eating but it sounds fascinating and I will look into both of those books. I've read several diet/fitness books, although I leave most of them to my husband The Doctor for reviewing. You'd think I'd apply all that I learn, but alas, I don't!
