FoodTrients...Preview and Giveaway

About the book:
A Revolutionary Recipe for Anti-Aging FOODTRIENTS: Age-Defying Recipes for a Sustainable Life is a new cookbook (and website) dedicated to bringing the science of aging out of the lab and into your kitchen.

Delicious foods and rejuvenating nutrients combine to create enticing and nourishing recipes that promote health and well-being. From specific foods to herbs and spices, the FoodTrients brand of essential ingredients helps promote youth, prevent the diseases of aging, and increase energy and vitality.

FOODTRIENTS’ beautifully illustrated recipes incorporate all the ingredients you need to look and feel younger. The benefits of Grace O’s food combinations also include healthier, younger-looking skin, shinier hair, and the protection of cells and arteries.

The most expensive creams and other beauty products will not do nearly as much to enhance your well being and keep you young as will Grace O’s delicious recipes.

FoodTrients is your recipe for a younger, healthier life.

About the author:

Grace O has been cooking and baking professionally and recreationally all of her adult life. As a child in Southeast Asia, she learned the culinary arts by her mother’s side in her family’s cooking school. She became so well versed in hospitality and the culinary arts, she eventually took over the cooking school and opened three restaurants. She is widely credited with popularizing shrimp on sugar-cane skewers and being one of the first culinarians to make tapas a global trend. She has cooked for ruling families and royalty.

Grace O’s move to America precipitated a career in healthcare, inspired by her father, who was a physician. Twenty years and much hard work later, she operates skilled nursing facilities in California.

Grace O strives to create flavorful food using the finest ingredients that ultimately lead to good health. Her recipes, although low in saturated fat, salt, and sugar, are high in flavor.

Grace employs spices from all over the world to enliven her dishes, creating food that is different and delicious. She believes that food can be just as effective at fighting aging as the most expensive skin creams. And since she’s over 50 herself, she’s living proof of that theory.

Because I think many of you will enjoy FoodTrients, thanks to the publisher, I'm offering a giveaway, which includes not only a copy of the book, but this absolutely awesome apron.

It really bugs me when you have to jump through tons of hoops in order to enter giveaways, so a comment with your email address will suffice.

However: If you change your profile to have your email address visible, if it isn't already, you will gain an additional entry. I ask this because it's so annoying to have someone leave a comment you would like to respond to, but can't, because their email is hidden. This is especially annoying if a question is asked in said comment.

If you choose to become a follower or tell me you already are, you can gain an additional entry too.

If you wanted to blog or tweet about it, that's great too, and you'd get an extra entry for that. Just tell me in your comment if you've done any of the extras.

You don't need to leave separate comments for each thing (too annoying!).

Seriously though, just commenting is enough for me.

U.S. or Canada addresses only and no P.O. Boxes. Sorry!

This giveaway is now closed.
