Weekend Reflections 2/9

Looking outside...it's still cold and it snowed yesterday.  But, the sun is shining this morning and most of it is melted.

Listening...silence. I love early morning silence.  I'm letting my boys sleep in.

Loving....the sunshine.  There's nothing better than sunshine in winter.

Thinking...that I need to get things organized for the boys to go on Klondike next weekend.  I need to see if we have all the equipment we need or if we need to get anything.

In my kitchen...maybe some steaks on the grill.

Wearing...purple and white pajamas.

Needing...to put in some good hours on my editing project.

Reading...A Bride Most Begrudging by Deeanne Gist

Today...is a catch up day.  Laundry, editing, some cleaning.

Hoping...
still hoping to get in some reading time.  I'm sorely behind in my reading.

Planning...for the next week.  My mom will be here for a couple of days and the boys have Klondike next week.

Gratitude...for good doctors and the fact that homeopathic remedies can work together with allopathic medicine to heal one's self.

From my world...legos, lots of legos.

What about you?  What are you reflecting on today?

  3. I agree, sunshine in the winter helps me get through the season! It's supposed to snow here today so I'm looking out the window at the clouds!

  5. Quite the pile of Legos! I pulled mine out from storage a few years ago to bring to school for my students to play with during free time. What did this Legos become?

  6. Allison, it became a working T-rex with a mouth that opened and arms and legs that moved.
