Mailbox Monday 8/24

It's time for another Mailbox Monday, hosted by Marcia at the Printed Page.

Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week (checked out library books don’t count, eBooks & audio books do). Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.

This is what arrived in my mailbox last week!

A Perfect Mess, by Lisa Harper
Fools Rush In, by Janice Thompson
The Frontiersman's Daughter, by Laura Frantz

A Taste of Fame, by Linda Evans Shepherd and Eva Marie Everson
The Potluck Club Cookbook, by Linda Evans Shepherd and Eva Marie Everson
The Day the Falls Stood Still, by Cathy Marie Buchanan
What new books did you receive last week?
For more Mailbox Monday posts, check out The Printed Page.

  1. You have some great (and tasty) arrivals there. I have The Day the Falls Stood Still and want to read Fools Rush In. Enjoy your books.

  2. Looks like some great reads coming up!

How do you get your photos to line up like that?

  3. Your right - I'm turning green with envy over your Potluck Club Cookbook:D

    Merry Weather

  4. You had a great week - the 2 books by Linda Evans Shepherd and Eva Marie Everson look very interesting.

  5. Wow, you have some happy reading coming up!! Enjoy!

  6. Okay, just a little jealous over Fools Rush In. Looks good! I've got to remember to participate in this meme.

  7. Does that mean you'll be sharing some recipes with us when you review those cookbooks? Or is the one a novel? I need to make a quick stop at amazon.com and see about the Potluck Club - sounds like my kind of cookbook. Love cookbooks!

    Happy reading, Holly.

  8. Sharon, I don't know! I just upload them and drag them to where I want them!

Booklogged, I figured I'd review the cookbook on my cooking blog as well, and I suppose I'll just HAVE to make some recipes! LOL!!

  9. I have the Potluck Club Cookbook. I made a chili recipe for my church moms' group on Thursday... it was a smash hit.
