Mailbox Monday 9/20

It's time for another Mailbox Monday, which was created by Marcia at the Printed Page, and this month is hosted by Kathy at Bermudaonion.

Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week (checked out library books don’t count, eBooks and audio books do). Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.

This is what arrived at my home last week.

Key Lime Pie, by Josi Kilpack (from Pump Up Your Book Promotion)
The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins (borrowed from a friend)
A Way with Words, by Christin Ditchfield (giveaway win from Reading to Know)
The Waiting, by Suzanne Woods Fisher (from LitFuse Publicity)
Democrats are Dumb, by Mark W. Stephens (from Bostick Communications)
Your Best Body Now, by Tosca Reno (FSB Associates)
What new books did you receive last week?
For more Mailbox Monday posts, check out Bermudaonion.

  1. I really do think I'm going to be the last person in the world to read The Hunger Games. Key Lime Pie looks like a good one! Enjoy!

  2. Loved The Hunger Games!! And I'm interested to hear your thoughts on Key Lime Pie and The Waiting!

  3. oh, I hope you love The Hunger Games! Key Lime Pie looks very interesting. I'm waiting for my copy of The Waiting as well. I bought The Choice this week, I believe it is book one. Happy reading!

  4. I'm drawn to Key Lime Pie! Sounds delicious! lol

    Thanks for visiting my blog.

  5. Kathy and I may tie for being the last two people on earth to read The Hunger Games. Sometimes the more popular something is, the more I'll drag my feet about reading it until all the hype dies away. But then I tend to be weird like that. Happy reading!

  6. I really need to try Suzanne Collins books. Hope you enjoy those!

  7. "The Hunger Games" looks interesting. I have yet to try any of the series, but I was reluctant about Harry Potter and now it is one of my all-time favourite series! Maybe I should take the plunge...

  8. I'll be interested to see what you think of The Hunger Games. I've read gazillions of reviews, but I've never actually read the books. Not sure I will, unless I win a copy or something like that. = )

  9. Any book named Key Lime Pie wins my vote! I love Key Lime Pie! I haven't read Hunger Games either. I don't think there will be too many who haven't! I really need to jump on the bandwagon! Enjoy!

  10. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who hasn't read The Hunger Games! Enjoy all your books!

  11. I've had Hunger Games in my TBR pile for a while but no time to read it...hopefully I will get to it soon!

  12. Hope you enjoy The Hunger Games as much as I did!

  13. I haven't read Hunger Games yet, can you believe it??!! I've had it for over a year.

    Great mailbox today!

  14. Great Mailbox! Here's what I have to say about "The Hunger Games" ... don't start it unless you have a lot of time on your hands, because you won't want to put it down until you know what happens! Just fair warning, as I went through both "The Hunger Games" and "Catching Fire" in less than 24 hours of almost straight reading (with a little time thrown in for sleep!)

  15. You are just going to LOVE Hunger Games! I'm sure everybody is telling you that! Can't wait to hear what you think of it!
