Being one who juices on a regular basis, I was curious about this book.  And, as a recipe book it's great.  There are tons of juice and smoothie recipes.  There were many fruit and vegetable combinations that were new to me and I appreciated that.  The author also includes a chapter with juice recipes that are focused on specific health issues.

One thing I would have appreciated was an index.  It would be nice to look up a recipe by specific fruit or vegetable.  Still, it's a book that is loaded with recipes and information on juicing.  Perfect for a seasoned juicer or someone new to the game.

  1. Sounds great. I'm happy to learn about this book. I have been making a smoothie every day for breakfast for a year and now I've just started making them green. I was afraid to go green but now I'm loving it. I'm always looking for new recipes.

  2. Oh, I need this book. I just discovered I'm anemic and green juicing would really boost my energy.

  3. I am wondering if there are any recipes in that book for diabetics. I have to be careful of using juice to get carbs, because they usually have a lot of sugar in them, but it would be nice to see a book that has some juice recipes that would work for me. Excellent review today!

  4. I need to get this book. I used to make smoothies every day, but haven't for 6 months or more. I recently bought a Ninja Kitchen System 1200 and this book would come in handy!
