Alphatudes...Review

About the book:

Resplendent with breathtaking illustrations, heartfelt prayers, uplifting affirmations and quotes,
Alphatudes takes you on an extraordinary 26-step journey grounded in spiritual principles and universal human concepts. An inspiring guide that serves as a road map and a trusted companion on life’s journey, Alphatudes: The Alphabet of Gratitude provides an uplifting, simple method for positively transforming your life…one day at a time.

In
Alphatudes: The Alphabet of Gratitude, Michele Wahlder reveals the unexpected and simple secret to living a joyful life: gratitude. In a world obsessed with negativity, we must deliberately choose to focus our attention toward the positive.

A wonderful, inspiring little book. Michele Wahlder believes that gratitude is a choice. This delightful book takes the concept of using the alphabet to increase your awareness and ability to focus on those blessings in your life. Each chapter focuses on such things as joy, laughter, passion, quiet, touch and work. These alphatudes are accompanied by lovely illustrations, inspiring quotations and prayers. Reading through these alphatudes is a wonderful prelude to recognizing your own.

This is a delightful book and one that is easy to read in one sitting, or to just pick up and read one at a time. It gives new meaning and inspiration to the manner of counting your blessings one by one.
