Everyday Tidbits...

I am having vision issues which are terrifying to someone whose work and interests lie in reading and writing. Because of this, I am falling behind in some of my reviewing commitments and ask for your support and patience.

Mailbox Monday 5/6

It's time for another Mailbox Monday which was created by Marcia at The Printed Page, and this month is hosted by Abi of 4 the Love of Books.

Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week... Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish list

This is what showed up at my house last week.

Biking Across America: My Coast-to-Coast Adventure and the People I Met Along the Way by Paul Stutzman (for review, from Baker Publishing)
Diamond in the Rough by Jennifer AlLee and Lisa Richardson (for review, from First Wildcard)
Hillbilly Heart by Billy Ray Cyrus (for review, from Amazon Vine)

Once Upon a Prince by Rachel Hauck (for review, from Litfuse Publicity)
A Certain Summer by Patricia Beard (for review, from Simon and Schuster)

What new books did you receive?  For more Mailbox Monday posts, check out 4 the Love of Books.

  1. Great looking books, especially the Billy Ray Cyrus. Enjoy!

  2. Wonderful books in your mailbox. Hope you enjoy all your books!

    Here is my post!!

  3. They ALL look good! One Upon a Prince has such a cute cover. You have some great reading ahead of you. Enjoy.

  4. Another great line-up, Holly. Lovin' 'Prince' so far. It's going to be my cup of tea I think. :)

  5. I didn't know Billy Ray Cyrus has a book out. That should be interesting.

  6. ENJOY your books...A CERTAIN SUMMER looks good.

  7. Is it bad that I for some reason want to read the Billy Ray Cyrus book? Maybe it's the redneck in my genes.

  8. "Biking across America" and the Billy Ray Cyrus book sound very interesting to me.

I received two new German books this week "The Magic Mountain" (Der Zauberberg) by Thomas Mann and "Die hellen Tage" by Zsuzsa Bánk

  9. Ooh, Biking Across America sounds like my kind of book. Will have to look for that one. I've got a copy of A Certain Summer coming. Happy Reading!
